The ADHD Playbook

Why Parenting an ADHD Child Requires a Different Playbook

Inside This Program I Will Walk You Through:

✔ What ADHD actually is and how it affects behaviour
✔ Why big emotions, defiance, and impulsive behaviour happen
✔ The difference between gentle parenting and sturdy parenting
✔ How to create a clear parenting plan that supports your child’s development
✔ Practical charts and tools you can start using right away

I’ve spent over 20 years working in child and youth mental health, alongside psychiatry, psychology, and social work.

I have seen behaviour change and unhelpful cycles ended with some complex and difficult cases.
This is your first step to confidence, calm and cooperation.

Course Curriculum

Many Parents Tell Me They Feel:

 • Overwhelmed by big emotions and meltdowns
 • Stuck in constant power struggles
 • Unsure whether to be gentle or firm
 • Frustrated because consequences don’t seem to work
 • Worried they’re somehow failing their child

Your child's ability to pause, regulate, and think things through develops more slowly.
That doesn’t mean they need to be fixed.
It it definitely doesn’t mean they won't get there.
It means parenting them requires a different playbook.
